About the role
The Client Success Specialist is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving growth through proactive support and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that enhance customer experiences.
- Monitor customer feedback and usage data to proactively address issues and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to build long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in technology or software sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
