About the Role

Task Buddie is seeking Client Success Specialists to join their growing team. In this role, you'll manage relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a successful onboarding experience while identifying opportunities for account growth and long-term retention. You'll act as a trusted point of contact, helping clients maximize value from Task Buddie's services while supporting revenue growth through upsells and renewals.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Guide new clients through onboarding and early-stage success milestones
  • Build strong relationships by understanding client goals, needs, and challenges
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, upgrades, and additional services
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to maintain engagement and satisfaction
  • Track client activity, conversations, and growth opportunities in CRM systems

What You Bring

  • Experience in client success, account management or sales roles preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • A consultative, sales-minded approach focused on long-term client value
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client relationships
