Emporium Bartender & Server

Responsibilities

• Set up, mix drinks, and clean up the bar area.
• Greet guests and take food and drink orders.
• Serve orders and accommodate special needs and requests.
• Maintain quality service, guest satisfaction, and company standards.
• Ring guest checks, collect cash, and process credits and room charges.
• Complete restocking and cleaning duties, including opening and closing sidework.
• Make and serve drinks according to company standards and policies.
• Ensure established pars are maintained.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Lifting capacity: 20 - 40 lbs., 50 - 100 lbs. as needed.
• Physical demands: prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and carrying throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Bartending training and certification, TIPS Certified.

Skills

• Knowledge of state liquor laws.
• Ability to count cash and operate a cash register.

USD $12.14 - USD $12.14 /Hr.
