About the role
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen staff and ensuring all food preparation meets high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen staff in preparing meals and maintaining cleanliness.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with chefs to develop new menu items.
- Manage inventory and ordering supplies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a restaurant kitchen.
- Valid Food Handler Certification.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
