On-siteHuman Resources$23.86–$31.67/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

    for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc). Include a section only when posting has real specific content. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay and Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. The posting includes Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (Saturday & Sunday off). Compensation: $23.86/hr - $31.67/hr, with details. So we need Pay and Schedule sections. We also have location maybe not a heading; we can embed in a paragraph under About the role maybe. We need sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (list), Qualifications (list maybe), Skills (maybe abilities?), Benefits (list), Pay (maybe just paragraph with compensation details), Schedule (paragraph). Also maybe Union info could be part of About or separate? Not required heading. Could be part of About. We must not create sections with filler. Ensure we include all substantive info. Let's extract content: About the role: first paragraph: "Central City Concern is an innovative nonprofit agency providing comprehensive services to single adults and families in the Portland metro area who are impacted by homelessness, poverty and addictions. We hire people that are skilled and passionate to meet our mission to end homelessness through outcome-based strategies which support personal and community transformation. The Employment Specialist II is responsible for supporting clients in all areas of their employment journey, including career exploration, employment preparation, assistance with finding employment, and job retention. This position focuses primarily on supporting clients in their employment goals through programing that provides long-term enhanced retention services and training opportunities. The Employment Specialist II will provide long-term support to their clients to demonstrate professional growth through employment in response to the work experience, education and/or skills training gained." Also location: "Location: Employment Access Center, 2 NW 2nd Ave, Portland, OR 97209". Could be included in About. Union representation: "This role is a Union Represented position through; American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME). You can find more information about your representation here www.afscme.org". Also repeated later. Recall rights etc maybe not needed? It's substantive but could be included in About or separate? Might be considered metadata but it's substantive. Could include in About as a note. Qualifications: list bullet points: - High school diploma or GED and two years of experience in workforce development, social services, job placement, job coaching, employment and training, or related field required (a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field may substitute for one year of this required experience); OR one year of experience as an Employment Specialist at CCC. - Must embrace the mission and philosophy of recovery and client-centered treatment. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and preferably EOP/ Itrac and/or Apricot. - Knowledge of area employers, housing resources, training providers, human service agencies, and community groups. - Must be able to perform intra-city travel. - Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, TB test, and background check. Preferred Qualifications (maybe separate but could be under Qualifications or Skills). We'll treat as Qualifications (preferred). Could list under Qualifications as "Preferred:" but we can separate maybe as "Preferred Qualifications" heading? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Qualifications (including required and preferred) or separate Skills. We'll put Qualifications for required, Skills for abilities and preferred. We could put these under Qualifications (maybe separate "Preferred Qualifications" but not in allowed headings list; but we could include under Qualifications as a sublist? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid subheadings, but better to keep to those. We could put preferred qualifications under Qualifications as a separate
      with a note "Preferred:" but that's okay. Skills: we can put abilities list under Skills. Benefits: list bullet points from Benefits section. External candidates: Offer max $26.37/hr per our Union contract." Schedule: paragraph: "Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (Saturday & Sunday off)" Location maybe included in About. We also need to include union representation maybe in About. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. The posting includes some lines like "This description is intended to provide a snapshot..." etc. That's boilerplate; we should remove. Also lines about drug-free workplace post-offer etc. That's maybe part of Qualifications? It's already covered. The lines about second-chance employer etc maybe boilerplate;
