About the Role
Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an experienced Employment Litigator with 8+ years of employment litigation experience to join its fully remote practice. This opportunity is designed for attorneys who enjoy practicing law and handling sophisticated litigation but are looking for a more sustainable long-term platform with flexibility and work-life balance.

Responsibilities
- Handle employment matters through all phases of litigation.
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
- Leverage AI-driven and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, client service, and legal work product.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience.
- Licensed and in good standing in their state of residence.

Pay
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $200,000-$240,000, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, geographic market, and overall qualifications.
