Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on day-to-day employment law issues and risk management
- Support employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions
- Represent clients in employment litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions and employment-related agreements
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on compliance matters
Who You Are
- 2–5 years of broad employment law experience
- Experience in both employment counselling and litigation
- Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognised law school
- Excellent writing, communication and analytical skills
- Highly motivated with strong initiative
- Admitted to practice in California or eligible for admission
Compensation
Salary Range: $225,000 – $365,000 (DOE)
