About the role

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of litigation experience, including both single-plaintiff matters and class or representative actions. This role is well suited for an attorney who can take ownership of cases and handle matters through all stages of litigation.

Responsibilities

• Taking and defending depositions
• Drafting and arguing substantive motions
• Conducting complex factual investigations
• Managing cases with limited supervision

Requirements

• California employment litigation experience
• Admitted to the California Bar and in good standing

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of litigation experience
• Experience with single-plaintiff and class actions
• Strong legal writing and advocacy skills

Skills

• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

Pay

$250,000-$400,000, depending on experience.
