About the role
We are an established law firm based in Troy, MI that has been in business for decades. We are currently seeking a talented Employment Defense Lawyer / Labor and Employment Attorney.
Responsibilities
- Assist in defending employment litigation cases, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour class actions.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licence to practice law in MI
- 3+ years of experience in litigation and employment law
Qualifications
- Specific experience including assisting in defending employment litigation cases, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour class actions.
Skills
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
