Position Description:Our client, a highly respected and innovative law firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join its growing Atlanta office. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney with 3-5 years of defense-side litigation experience who is looking for a partner-track role with strong mentorship, career development, and business growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience handling sophisticated litigation matters and managing cases through all phases of the litigation process. While prior employment law experience is preferred, our client is also interested in attorneys from other defense-side litigation practices who are interested in developing an employment litigation practice.
