About the Role
Our client, a respected regional law firm, is seeking a Construction & Real Estate Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Sarasota office and support litigation matters throughout Florida.
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Handle dispositive motions
- Manage litigation matters in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on construction and/or real property disputes
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Active Florida bar license in good standing
