Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation and provide counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other areas of potential risk.
• Assist in handling and winning multi-million dollar disputes.
• Minimize risk through proactive counseling.
• Represent the company in high-stakes legal proceedings.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks both domestically and internationally.

Requirements

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• An eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.

Qualifications

Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
