About the Role

Our client, a respected regional law firm, is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate to join its Jacksonville office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing construction litigation practice and work on complex disputes while gaining meaningful courtroom experience and client exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Handle complex commercial litigation, with a focus on construction litigation
  • Participate in hearings and depositions
  • Conduct legal research and writing
  • Advocate for clients in court
  • Manage client relationships
  • Engage in business development (a plus)

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of litigation experience, including complex commercial litigation
  • Construction litigation experience preferred
  • Experience with hearings and depositions preferred
  • Strong research, writing, advocacy, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable appearing in court and managing client relationships
  • Technical background and interest in business development are a plus
  • Active Florida bar license required

Pay

$140,000 – $165,000
