About the role
The Employee Services Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s human resources initiatives. This includes assisting with employee benefits enrollment, handling inquiries related to leave policies, and providing general HR support.
Responsibilities
- Assist with employee benefits enrollment and account management
- Handle inquiries regarding leave policies and time-off requests
- Provide general HR support and guidance to employees
- Coordinate with external vendors for HR-related services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR or a similar field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Experience with HRIS systems
