About the role

The Employee Services Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s human resources initiatives. This includes assisting with employee benefits enrollment, handling inquiries related to leave policies, and providing general HR support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee benefits enrollment and account management
  • Handle inquiries regarding leave policies and time-off requests
  • Provide general HR support and guidance to employees
  • Coordinate with external vendors for HR-related services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR or a similar field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Skills
