Position Summary
The Employee Relations Consultant helps manage the relationship between employees and the organization. Responsibilities may include resolving workplace conflicts, addressing employee concerns, implementing HR policies, conducting investigations into employee issues, promoting positive work culture, and collaborating with management to enhance employee engagement.

Requirements
- Associate’s degree in related field and two (2) years professional-level experience in human resources

- Experience in interpretation of personnel policy and managing a wide range of employee issues

- Strong communication, conflict resolution skills, and knowledge of employment laws are essential for success in this role.
