As an Employee Relations Business Partner, you will play a critical supporting role on the Employee Relations team. You’ll assist with the day-to-day employee relations operations, ensuring we maintain a fair, compliant, and supportive workplace. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career to learn the foundations of employee relations and contribute substantially across multiple areas. This role is based in our Chicago, IL and Westlake, TX offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. What You’ll Do Align employee relations (ER) policies with legal requirements and company valuesAssist with tracking feedback, conducting research, compiling data, and coordinating updates with internal stakeholders.Support cross-functional partners by preparing resources, scheduling meetings, and tracking follow-upsAssist in ER investigations and observe interviews under the guidance of senior ER team membersCollaborate with Learning & Development and Legal to support ER-related training initiatives.
