What You’ll Do

  • Align employee relations (ER) policies with legal requirements and company values
  • Assist with tracking feedback, conducting research, compiling data, and coordinating updates with internal stakeholders
  • Support cross-functional partners by preparing resources, scheduling meetings, and tracking follow-ups
  • Absorb and observe interviews under the guidance of senior ER team members
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development and Legal to support ER-related training initiatives
  • Aid in managing severance agreements and accommodation logistics, including documentation and vendor communication
  • Maintain accurate case records in HR Acuity, ensure documentation meets compliance standards, and produce routine reports
  • Monitor the ER team inbox, respond to standard inquiries, and escalate complex or sensitive matters as needed

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in employee relations or HR business partner roles in dynamic, high-growth environments
  • Ability to collaborate across levels and departments to support ER strategies and outcomes
  • Knowledge of core HR practices and employment laws at both the state and federal level
  • Familiarity with ER areas, such as performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution; ability to navigate complex conversations and provide objective input
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience with HR tools, including case management systems (e.g., HR Acuity)

The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
