Employee Health RN - Employee Health Services - Contingent
Job Description
Conducts employment health assessments and screening, annual Tuberculosis (TB) surveillance testing, immunization assessment/administration and other routine screenings and nursing care, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and organizational policies.
Plans, implements, educates and evaluates nursing care using Evidence-Based Practices.
Utilizes Therapeutic Communication while monitoring the physical, psychological, and social needs of employees and volunteers.
Engages in the “workplace community” by staying aware of changes, participating in data collection or auditing, understanding Quality Improvement.
Maintains HIPAA compliance of all employee health records.
Reviews and provides follow up to employee injury events, identifies and communicates employee safety issues and makes recommendations to the Employee Safety team.
Collaborates with Human Resources and Bureau of Worker’s Compensation Third Party Administrator to ensure accident reports and Workers Compensation claims/records are accurate and timely.

Education Requirement
Bachelor of Science in Nursing, required.
Licensure Requirement
Registered Nurse with current Ohio license, required.
Certifications
Current health care provider CPR certification, required.

Experience
Two years of adult acute care nursing experience, required.
