Employee Engagement Coordinator (LPP)

Long Prairie Packing, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, is seeking an Employee Engagement Coordinator for our Long Prairie, MN plant.

Responsibilities

• Conduct informative tours of the production floor.
• Create and manage announcements.
• Coordinate and organize employee engagement events.
• Facilitate team-building activities, including logistics, scheduling, and participant communications.
• Design and implement comprehensive employee engagement programs aligned with company objectives and culture.
• Cultivate positive relationships with off-site vendors to secure optimal deals for company events.
• Collaborate with other departments to create initiatives promoting employee engagement.
• Facilitate employee surveys to gather feedback on workplace satisfaction, motivation, and engagement.
• Identify trends and insights to optimize engagement.
• Perform other related duties as needed to meet organizational requirements.

Requirements

• Basic PC skills; experience with MAS or other A/P packages is helpful.
• Prior accounts payable experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency in social media strategy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform job duties with minimal direction.
• Good work and attendance record.
• Diploma or GED required.

Pay

The expected base salary range for this position is $20.70 to $21.70 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on experience, qualifications, skills, expertise, and geographic location.

Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position with a first-shift (day) schedule.
