Employee Engagement Coordinator (LPP)

About the Role

Long Prairie Packing, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, has an opportunity for an Employee Engagement Coordinator at our Long Prairie, MN plant.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours: acquire knowledge of the production floor to carry out informative tours.
• Create announcements.
• Coordinate and organize engagement events.
• Facilitate team building activities.
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and participant communications.
• Design and implement comprehensive employee engagement programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives and culture.
• Cultivate a positive working relationship with each off-site vendor to obtain the best deals for company events.
• Collaborate with other departments to create initiatives and programs that promote employee engagement.
• Facilitate surveys to gather employees’ feedback on workplace satisfaction, motivation, and engagement levels.
• Identify trends and insights to optimize engagement.
• Perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Requirements

• Basic PC skills; experience with MAS or other A/P packages is helpful.
• Prior accounts payable experience helpful.
• Skill and qualification in social media strategy.
• Good attention to detail.
• Must be able to perform job duties with minimal direction.
• Good work and attendance record.
• Diploma/GED required.

Pay

The expected base salary range for this position is between $20.70 to $21.70 per hour. Your actual base pay may vary based on job-related experience, qualifications, skills, expertise, and geographic location.
