Employee Engagement Coordinator

Overview

Long Prairie Packing, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, has an opportunity for an Employee Engagement Coordinator at our Long Prairie, MN plant.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Conduct tours: acquire knowledge of the production floor to carry out informative tours.
• Create announcements.
• Cookordinate and organize engagement events.
• Cookordinate logistics, scheduling, and participant communications.
• Designing and implementing comprehensive employee engagement programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives and culture.
• Cooklate a positive working relationship with each off-site vendor to obtain the best deals for company events.
• Cookoperate with other departments to create initiatives and programs that promote employee engagement.
• Facilitating surveys to gather employees’ feedback on workplace satisfaction, motivation, and engagement levels.
• Identify trends and insights to optimize engagement.

Qualifications

• Basic PC skills: experience with MAS or other A/P packages is helpful.
• Prior accounts payable experience helpful.
• Skill and qualification in social media strategy.
• Good attention to detail.
• Must be able to perform job duties with minimal direction.
• Good work and attendance record.

What We Offer

• The expected base salary range for this position is between $19.70 to $21.70.
• Your actual base pay may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to your job-related experience, qualifications, skills, expertise, and geographic location.
• This position is eligible for the Company's discretionary annual bonus plan and merit increases.
