Overview
Long Prairie Packing, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, has an opportunity for an Employee Engagement Coordinator at our Long Prairie, MN plant.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Conduct tours: acquire knowledge of the production floor to carry out informative tours.
- Create announcements.
- Cookordinate and organize engagement events.
- Cookordinate logistics, scheduling, and participant communications.
- Designing and implementing comprehensive employee engagement programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives and culture.
- Cooklate a positive working relationship with each off-site vendor to obtain the best deals for company events.
- Cookoperate with other departments to create initiatives and programs that promote employee engagement.
- Facilitating surveys to gather employees’ feedback on workplace satisfaction, motivation, and engagement levels.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize engagement.
Qualifications
- Basic PC skills: experience with MAS or other A/P packages is helpful.
- Prior accounts payable experience helpful.
- Skill and qualification in social media strategy.
- Good attention to detail.
- Must be able to perform job duties with minimal direction.
- Good work and attendance record.
What We Offer
- The expected base salary range for this position is between $19.70 to $21.70.
- Your actual base pay may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to your job-related experience, qualifications, skills, expertise, and geographic location.
- This position is eligible for the Company's discretionary annual bonus plan and merit increases.
