About The Opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic communications partner to the People Experience organization, crafting narratives that bring programs, people initiatives, and company culture to life for all employees.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate their vision and programs into clear, compelling communications that inform and inspire.
  • Provide trusted, strategic insight and guidance to shape comprehensive communications plans that connect employees to company priorities and increase engagement across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and introduce fresh perspectives to existing and evolving programs.
  • Operate with autonomy, bringing structure to initiatives that are still being defined and built.
  • Support communications for People Experience programs spanning the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, compensation, performance, and engagement.
  • Partner with stakeholders across various People-focused teams to craft integrated, thoughtful communications.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end communications plans that align People Experience strategy with company priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, optimize engagement, and bring new ideas to programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on employee and/or HR/People Experience communications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to write clearly, concisely, and compellingly for a range of audiences.
  • Proven ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships with senior leaders, including C-suite executives, and navigate complex stakeholder environments with a partnership mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve and some programs are still being defined.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools to amplify communications impact and automate workflows.
  • Familiarity with various communication and collaboration tools, including AI platforms.
