Seeking a highly motivated Employee Benefits Producer to drive new business development and revenue growth within a designated market. This role is responsible for identifying prospects, developing client relationships, presenting employee benefits solutions, and building a profitable book of business.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual production goals.
• Possess an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in employee benefits, group health insurance, or a related field.
• Proven track record of generating new business and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Holds a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field.
• Experience selling group health and ancillary benefits products preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems preferred.
• Knowledge of ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other employee benefits regulations preferred.
