I-20 Animal Hospital is a 24-hour emergency and critical care facility in Weatherford, TX, dedicated to delivering high-quality veterinary medicine within a collaborative, family-oriented culture centered on teamwork, mentorship, and exceptional patient care. The hospital welcomes experienced ER veterinarians, general practitioners transitioning into emergency medicine, and new graduates seeking to develop ER skills in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment. New graduates benefit from structured mentorship through NVA’s 12-month Mentorship Program.
Compensation
- Base salary: $130,000 – $200,000 (DOE)
- Production: 22–23% (DOE)
- Total earning potential: $250,000 – $300,000
- $20,000 sign-on bonus

14 shifts per month, providing exceptional work-life balance.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
- Eligible for veterinary licensure in Texas
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Interest in emergency and critical care medicine
