Emergency Veterinarian - Overnights
I-20 Animal Hospital in Weatherford, TX is a 24-hour emergency and critical care facility dedicated to delivering high-quality veterinary medicine in a collaborative, family-oriented culture centered around teamwork, mentorship, and exceptional patient care.
About the role
We are seeking an Emergency Veterinarian for an overnight role. We welcome experienced ER DVMs, general practice veterinarians transitioning into emergency medicine, and new graduates interested in developing their ER skillset within a supportive, mentorship-driven environment. New graduates will benefit from structured mentorship through NVA’s 12-month Mentorship Program.
Pay
Outstanding compensation package including:
- Base salary of $130,000 - $200,000 (DOE)
- 22–23% production (DOE)
- Total earning potential of $250,000 – $300,000
- $20,000 sign-on bonus
- Relocation assistance
Schedule
14 shifts per month, providing exceptional work-life balance.

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
- Eligible for veterinary licensure in Texas
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Interest in emergency and critical care medicine
