Program Structure
- Phase 1 (Weeks 1-14): 4 Weeks of Bootcamp, 2 Weeks of Specialty Rotations, 8 Weeks of ER Shifts.
- Phase 2 (Weeks 15-32): Increased Responsibility, ER Shift Focus, Ongoing Mentorship, Exposure to Diverse Cases, Ongoing Didactics.
- Phase 3 (Weeks 33-52): Independent Case Management, Continued Collaboration, Advanced Skill Application, Mentor Support, Ongoing Didactics.
Pay
- Phase 1 (Weeks 1-14): $120,000
- Phase 2 (Weeks 15-32): $120,000
- Phase 3 (Weeks 33-52): Full-time ER Clinician market rate salary plus quarterly production bonus
