Job Summary

You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. You will assess, perform skilled procedures, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Detect and recognize acute changes, escalate or address concerns, and manage critical results.
• Administer and monitor therapeutic interventions and regimens, including starting and maintaining intravenous therapies, administering medication, and ensuring patient safety.
• Manage rapidly changing situations by identifying, assessing, and anticipating patient needs.
• Prioritize, coordinate, and meet multiple patient needs in a timely manner.
• Contribute to a healing environment, provide patient comfort, support human dignity, serve as a patient advocate, and build a therapeutic environment.
• Assess and evaluate patient readiness and ability to learn, explain patient conditions and illnesses, and interpret their illness.

Job Requirements

• Associate of Nursing degree or equivalent, completed with an accredited nursing program and registered nurse license (RN).
• Basic Life Support - CPR certification, required upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications, required within 120 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing/Equivalent or higher, preferred.

Pay Range

$33.11 - $49.25 /hour
