Responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient-centered plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the care team.
- Provide competent, safe, and innovative nursing care based on patient acuity and clinical judgment.
- Document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and plan-of-care updates accurately and timely.
- Participate in quality improvement, shared governance, evidence-based practice, and ongoing professional learning.
- Support education of nursing colleagues and students.
Requirements
- Current valid Wisconsin RN license
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- TNCC certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Services Nursing experience
- Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
- Able to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
- Commitment to patient- and family-centered care, safety, and teamwork
- Able to collaborate, delegate appropriately, and support a culture of caring
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Wisconsin RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
- At least 2 years of Emergency Services Nursing experience
- Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
- Able to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment
