Emergency Room RN (Part-Time) (Nights)

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care in a healthcare setting, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. It emphasizes promoting patient and family-centered care, educating patients on managing their health, and ensuring communication across the care continuum. Key Responsibilities Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with measurable goals in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.Support patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance initiatives.Educate patients and families on illness management, medication administration, and post-treatment care.Participate in professional development activities. Qualifications & Skills Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN license required).No prior experience required; preferred candidates may have up to two years of experience.Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive role.
