Emergency Room RN (Part-Time, Night Shift)

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural backgrounds.Participate in activities enhancing patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development. Qualifications & Skills Must hold an RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 2 years of experience.No prior experience or supervisory experience required. Safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices.
