RN - Emergency Department - Part Time - Nights

About the role

Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a part-time Emergency Department role, providing patient care in a 24-bed, 24/7 facility without trauma or pediatric cases.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process
• Evaluating care effectiveness
• Coordinating with other departments
• Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
• Ensuring adherence to mission, values, and standards
• Providing direct patient care in a fast-paced ED environment with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4
• Collaborating with patient care techs, paramedics, and support staff
• Evaluating patient needs and coordinating care efficiently

Qualifications

• Current RN or compact license
• Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs regularly
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (or within 30 days), plus unit-specific certifications
