About the role
Join our Emergency Department team in a role focused on providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promote patient and family-centered care, educate on managing illnesses, and support post-treatment needs. Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development. Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care settings. Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers. This safety-sensitive position requires alertness and safe work practices.

Qualifications
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree, RN license, no prior experience required.
