Emergency Room RN (Full-Time, Night Shift)

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
• Promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs.
• Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients' families.
• Using critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, and spiritual factors.
• Working in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining constant alertness and safety awareness.
• Deliver high-quality emergency care, educate patients and families, collaborate with healthcare team, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree, RN license; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
