About the role
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department in a full-time staff role.
Responsibilities
- Managing patient care
- Supervising staff
- Coordinating staffing and scheduling
- Overseeing equipment
- Ensuring compliance with policies
- Developing and implementing collaborative care plans tailored to patients' age and needs, documenting interventions and outcomes
- Participating in staffing, budgeting, and performance evaluations, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions
- Ensuring departmental productivity aligns with operational goals and providing professional leadership within the emergency setting
Qualifications
- Nursing diploma or associate's degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-5 years of nursing experience; less than 2 years of supervisory experience
- Valid RN license required
