Emergency Room Nurse (Full-Time) (Mid Shift)

About the Role

An experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) is needed to deliver patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment. This is a safety-sensitive role that requires alertness and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care
• Assess and develop individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on managing injuries or illnesses
• Promote patient safety and quality compliance
• Use critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences and barriers
• Participate in professional development
• Ensure effective communication across care teams

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of ED nursing experience
• Active RN licensure
• Nursing diploma or associate’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Less than two years of experience

Schedule

Three 12-hour shifts weekly during mid-shift hours.
