Responsibilities

• Assessing and prioritizing patients across various conditions and acuity levels
• Responding swiftly to changing patient needs through critical thinking and clinical judgment
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
• Administering medications, treatments, and emergency interventions in a fast-paced setting
• Educating, supporting, and advocating for patients and their families during emergency care

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN licensure in the appropriate state
• One year of relevant nursing experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree acceptable
• Ability to react quickly and think critically in emergency situations
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and interdisciplinary collaboration
