Emergency Room - Clinical Nurse (Nights)

About the role

This position involves providing direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
• Experience: No prior experience required; 2 years of experience preferred.
