Emergency Room - Clinical Nurse (Nights)

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in the Emergency Department, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration. Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care settings.Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.Engages in professional development to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications & Skills Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.Licenses: Valid RN license.Experience: No experience required; less than 2 years preferred.Safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices.
