Responsibilities: Respond promptly to emergency roadside assistance calls throughout the Brooklyn, NY service areaPerform on-site vehicle services including jump starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, and lockoutsCommunicate professionally with dispatchers and customers regarding ETA and service statusMaintain accurate service records and documentation for each job completedEnsure all tools, equipment, and service vehicle are properly maintained and road-readyUphold Pop-A-Lock's standards for customer service and safety protocols Requirements: Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or roadside assistance technicianStrong knowledge of emergency roadside proceduresValid driver's license with a clean driving recordMust have reliable transportation and basic tools/equipment for roadside serviceAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends.Excellent communication and customer service skillsSelf-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently as a contractorAndroid Phone (No iphones, our app only works on Android.
