Emergency Roadside Tow Specialist

Schedule

2pm/4pm - 10:30pm/12:30am (includes weekends)

Pay

Starting at $23.98 per hour with lucrative shift differentials ($0.75 to $1.50 extra per hour) and monthly bonuses. Base pay ranges from $23.75 to $25.25 hourly depending on location, with potential to earn up to an additional $1,900 per month through quality and productivity incentives.

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform simple vehicle diagnostics to identify issues.
• Provide essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock-outs.
• Build trust, problem-solve, and be a calming presence for members on the scene.

Requirements

• Customer-first mindset and a passion for helping people.
• Willingness and flexibility to work between 2pm - 12:30am, including weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
