Emergency Medicine Physician Locum Opportunity

Role: Locum Emergency Physician for various FSEDs near Gainesville, FL, providing urgent care coverage with ongoing assignments. Responsibilities Provide emergency care for a range of patients, including Level 4/5 cases and vertical patients.Perform all emergency procedures such as Central Access, Arterial Line placement, Lumbar Puncture, Intubation, Pacing, and Orthopedic Stabilization.Cover shifts, primarily 12-hour AM and PM, with some 8-hour shifts, working at multiple facilities.Collaborate with APP support based on location and shift.Maintain emergency privileges, ensuring a clean file (approximately 45 days) and standard privileges (around 90 days). Qualifications & Skills Current Florida medical license and DEA registration.Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with at least 3 years of experience.Ability to work a minimum of 8 shifts per month.Proficiency in all emergency procedures listed above. Key Duties: Deliver emergent care across multiple FSEDs, perform complex procedures, and uphold licensure and privileging requirements.
