About The Opportunity
You'll work across several emergency departments throughout the South Puget Sound region, experiencing a variety of patient populations and acuity levels. From high-volume trauma and tertiary care environments to suburban and community emergency departments, every shift brings diversity and growth—supported by a collaborative, collegial team culture that values both skill and balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medical care across multiple hospital and freestanding emergency departments
- Work alongside an experienced team of EM physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs)
Qualifications
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with active or eligible Washington license
- Minimum 1 year of high-acuity Emergency Medicine experience or completion of an EM Fellowship
- Strong procedural and clinical skills
- Team-oriented with a commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
Pay
Total Compensation and Profit Sharing: $200,000+ year potential
Schedule
- Full-Time | 130-140 Hours/Month (13-16 shifts)
- Shift lengths: 8-10 hours, no night shifts required
