Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in quality and safety
• Lead and support resident education and clinical research
• Oversee all clinical activities and provide leadership for academic actions
• Create policies that enhance quality and safety
• Grow the emergency medicine department

Requirements

• Strong clinical leadership experience
• At least 5 years of academic leadership experience
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and clinical background
• Preferred academic clinical background

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $350,000 to $480,000 per year.
