Emergency Medicine (Assistant Professor)

About the role

To provide coverage for patient care for BenTaub and other affiliate hospitals. This is a critical piece of the clinical service that will help maintain coverage within the Emergency Center.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed productivity standards set by the Department.
• Keep up with continuing medical education as per college and section requirements.
• Renew and meet all required licenses and certification requirements.
• Familiarize with EPIC electronic medical records and document all patient encounters as needed.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner to ensure billing and administrative tasks proceed smoothly for a robust operational system.
• Maintain credentialing at all times to ensure practice is not disrupted.

Qualifications

MD or DO is required.
