What You'll Do
- Room and prepare patients for their appointments
- Obtain vital signs and update medical histories
- Auxiliary providers during exams and in-office procedures
- Inform patients about treatment plans and next steps
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies
- Complete medication reconciliation
- Aid with referrals, authorizations, and clinical documentation
- Monitor patient messages and support daily clinical workflows
- Help keep our clinic running efficiently while providing outstanding patient service
What We're Looking For
- EMT Certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Medical scribing or documentation experience is a plus—but not required
