Emergency Dispatcher – 2nd Shift
Who You Are: Handle inbound calls from push button emergency phones, monitor in elevators, pool areas, etc., providing assistance during emergencies. No dispatcher experience required, comprehensive training provided. Satisfaction in making a difference in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to testing and emergency calls
• Handle high volume of inbound calls from customers and vendors
• Answer inquiries, provide accurate customer details, and document emergency situations
• Notify the customer call list of emergent and non-emergent situations
• Dispatch the Elevator Company or authorities when necessary
• Manage multiple software programs for call handling and team communication
• Communicate updates clearly and concisely
• Provide world-class customer service

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-year customer service, call center, or dispatcher experience
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and 2nd shift (3:45pm - 12:15am)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Extraordinary customer service skills meeting quality standards
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional active listening skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Accurate typing at least 35 wpm with 95% accuracy
• Dependable and organized
• Positive, competitive, and determined attitude
• A sense of humor is a plus

We design, build, sell, install, service, and monitor emergency phones, including those in elevators and pools. Our Emergency Dispatch Center (EDC) provides 24/7/365 service to dispatch local emergency services.
