About the Role

In the exhilarating role of Dispatcher at Monster Energy, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic operations, fueling efficiency and precision. You'll orchestrate daily schedules, devise strategic routes, document routine maintenance, maintain driver records, capture critical route data, uphold company policies, and champion safe driving habits.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer delivery appointments, production shuttling, and other moves to support business needs.
• Support communication with drivers throughout the day, ensuring successful execution of routes without being distracting.
• Daily audit of drivers' Hours of Service, Dash Cam Events, and Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports, correcting defects promptly.
• Use Telematics systems to track driver locations, update fleet and driver information as needed.
• Maintain on-time equipment maintenance intervals, perform random inspections of tractors/trailers, and ensure cleanliness.
• Communicate daily on routing progress to leadership, seeking assistance and reporting safety-sensitive incidents to management and HR.

Requirements

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Fleet Management, Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Between 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or fleet management.
• Between 1-3 years of experience in mapping tools and communication systems.
• Desired Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, Telematics, Outlook, and Reporting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Telematics systems.

Pay

The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $26 - $35 USD.
