Dispatcher 1st & 2nd Shift

About the role

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning, one of the nation’s largest heating and air conditioning companies, is seeking a hard-working, high-energy experienced Dispatcher to join our fast-paced team!

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer locations efficiently and on time
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
• Maintain the status of jobs throughout the day and adjust scheduling as needed
• Work closely with the service team to solve logistical issues quickly
• Enter and update job details in dispatch software
• Help keep the day organized, productive, and moving forward

Requirements

Dispatch experience required

Strong work ethic and a get-it-done attitude

Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills

Able to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
