Responsibilities
- Using the nursing process, assesses and plans care for patients.

- Provides nursing interventions safely and competently.
- Communicates with patients and families about care.
- Evaluates patient responses to care.
- Recognizes and addresses changes in patient status.
- Collaborates with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
- Assesses patients' lifestyle risk factors and develops plans to promote health.
- Ensures a safe environment for patients and adheres to safety standards.
- Participates in professional education and research activities.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Registered Nurse License (Washington) required at hire OR Compact License: Registered Nurse required at hire.
- Basic Life Support required at hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support required at hire.
- Communication, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Ambulatory care nursing experience.
- Primary nursing or case-management experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Emergency department nursing experience.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support at hire.
Qualifications

- Collaborates with managers in performance review processes.
- Ensures quality of care through adherence to professional nursing standards.
- Participates in multidisciplinary quality assurance activities.
