About the role

Emergency Care Technician providing patient care support in the Emergency Department at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Albion, IN.

Schedule

Part-time, benefit-eligible position. Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM (evenings).

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required. Candidates at least 17 years old who do not yet have a diploma/GED must be actively working toward it and must obtain it within two years of hire.
• CPR certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• CNA, EMT, or Paramedic certification preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a patient-care setting preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of general computer skills and applications.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and use critical-thinking skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
